4 hours waiting for delivery and bad service

<p>Debonairs Van Rieberg Park, I called the call center to arder a pizza at 8:00. They told me that it will be delivered in 1 hour but at 22h00 i was still waiting for the delivery. Then i decided to drive to them, I get there and ask about my order and they tell me that the delivery guy left with it. Which was a lie. I asked the manager (Freddy) who was lying to me that we call the driver who has my delivery, he refused. starting to b;ame call center for giving me wrong information on delivery time. What makes one more angry is that He does not apologize and acknowledges his mistakes</p> <p> </p> <p>He went on and placed an order for me which i got around 23:h00... Well this time they sold me cold pizza :) </p> <p>How bad can this service be</p>
