4 hour delivery

Why is it that you advertise the convenience of delivery, yet the service is dismal. I ordered for delivery and paid online at 14:19. It is 17:50 now, close to 4 hours later and the pizza has not been delivered yet, and when I call the call center, *** to enquire, they transfer the call and nobody picks up. It's disappointing that the level of delivery service is this bad as this is my 3rd such incident with Debonairs and Steers Protea Glen Mall. With COVID ravaging the world, a delivery service allowing us to stay home is a necessary convenience but YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE IS AN UTTER INCONVENIENCE and leaves much to be desired, especially since we're being charged for it.
