I live in Cape Town and I have used online ordering a couple of times with great pleasure. However, I have staid over in Kimberley and I had the worst experience ever when it comes to pizza delivery.<br> <br> At 19:46 I ordered<br> - a Chicken Cheesy Crunch pizza,<br> - a 1L Coke and<br> - a bottle of water.<br> <br> I phoned the branch 90 minutes later because my order didn't show up. They said that my pizza has been ready for 30 minutes, but that they didn't have enough drivers. Eventually at 21:45, 2 hours after the initial order, the delivery I received contained<br> - a cold pizza,<br> - 1L Stoney and<br> - NO water.<br> <br> So, out of 3 items ordered none was delivered correctly. In addition the chips that was supposed to be crunchy was soggy since the pizza was \kept warm"for more that 60 minutes.<br> <br> I didn't get my pizza for free since I paid for the order before delivery on the online portal.<br> <br> Please bear in mind that this was not the drivers mistake.
