3 HOURS WAITING FOR DELIVERY / BAD SERVICE / TOO MUCH WAITING TIME AND \APP IS UNRELIABLE!!! EVERY BRANCH IS FOREVER OFFLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had put in my order for my pizza at 18:25 today and now it is 3 hours later I have still not received my order and by the look of things I am not going to get it? A little decency to give me a call or let him now, I have been calling the call center every 30 minutes to request feedback as to how far my order is and I have not received any feedback? After waiting for so long I called again and they told me that the driver was on the way with the Pizza??? That was more than an hour ago and here I waiting for the order. I put the order online and the Debonairs Pizza I ordered from is Birch Acres Mall and wow I can say I will never order from them every again or even use this App because clearly it is unreliable. How do I even trust that the Pizza will get here in a good condition after so long, will it be hot from the oven and fresh if the driver was driving around with it for more than an hour! You guys can keep the order!!!!!! and I will be deleting the APP!!!!!!!
