3 hours waiting for a pizza to be delivered

I am writing this with absolute disappointment. I placed an order on the Debonairs app at 7:04pm. At 8pm I called and I was assured that the order will be delivered at 8:10pm. At 9pm I called again and I was told that the pizza has left the store and on its way to me, I remained patient with them but now its 10pm. Its literally 3 hours now waiting for a mere pizza to be delivered. This is has got to be the worst service I have ever received in my entire life.
