3 hours to deliver cold pizzas
Ordered two triple decker pizzas at Mdantsane city at 18:28 and delivery was made only at 21:30. Both pizzas we paid for and arrived extremely cold. Apparently the branch only has two drivers, and we were not given the option to collect the order. Several calls were made to the branch and we were just told it will get there. When contacting the branch to let them know the pizza is cold,the lady on the line just said ok, not apology. This is not the first time this branch does this orders always take hours to arrive. My family will never order debonairs again.
