3 Hours Pizza delivery

I bought Pizza at 3,it nearly 6 o’clock and I haven’t received my order as yet. A rude driver who couldn’t even greet made noise with his hooter for me to get my order only to find out he forgot my order at the store. I am really dissatisfied with this experience. No one from the store hasn’t contacted me to explain, I’m the one who keeps calling the store. It’s over 2 hours now. I want to cancel my order and get my refund back. All this happened at Sebokeng Thabong Shopping Center.
