3 hours later... still no delivery
Placed order on the Debonairs app. It's been 3 hours and we still haven't received our order. When we call first it goes to some call centre. Which doesn't help. Cause they say they are transferring you to store but that line doesn't work.
Then I call the store directly and some Mirriam answers and I end up holding for 4 minutes until a Marcia picks up the phone to tell me that she will find out where the drivers are and that she will call me. It has been 30 minutes since Marcia said that. I still do not have my order with me which from their responses HAS BEEN ready since 3:15pm.. it is 5:15 pm now.
