3 hours late eventually cancelled the order
I ordered pizza at 7 pm enquired about it an hour late was told not to call back they would call me after required the time to expect my delivery. At 9:30 pm called again to check how far it was. Was then told that it had not even left the restaurant as it's rainy and cold so service is slow. Decided to cancel the order because seemed like I'd wait till they close for it. I have a child and she hasn't eaten this is so unacceptable.
