3 hours late, bitten pizza

<p>Ordered the awesome foursome pizza online from the Debonairs in South gate mall at 18:56 to only receive it at 21:23, cold and bitten. I was forced to pay full price and the rude driver demanded a delivery tip. This is disgusting and disappointing. </p>
