3 hours for 1 pizza?!
<p>Placed an order at 11h11 where I was informed that it will take 30min to 45min, which is acceptable as it is Friday and it's Lunch time. I phoned again to ask where is my food at 12h08, 12h30 a driver phoned me to inform me that he would arrive at my destination in 10 minutes. 12h45 I phoned the driver as well as the Woodmead branch to cancel my order as I have been waiting 1h30 alraedy. It's now 12h59 and the driver arrives here with the cancelled order. He was rude and mumbled something as he walked out after I informed him that I have cancelled the order 15mins ago and already orderd food at another restaurant. This is really unacceptable! I hope that I will get feedback on this matter. I will be phoning head office and log a complaint as well.</p>
I'm too busy at work but felt the need to share my story. It's 2 hours not 3 hours. I asked a colleague to phone the branch again to get the head office number. She asked how long does the orders take and the gentleman says 90mins. When she asked what time I'd receive my order when I placed it at 11h00 he said at 12h30 or 12h45. I do not understand why the story changes now.
