3 hour waiting for delivery

I do not understand how I have to wait over 3 hours for an order when the brand prides itself with delivery time of 45 minutes with the manager of Sunnyside being apologetic with no resolution with me getting my order is still not here very disappointed and annoyed and not sure I will continue being a client
