3 hour wait for Debonairs Pizza

I ordered Pizza on the Debonairs App at Debonairs (Sparks, Durban) for delivery at Oceanic Hotel Durban North. The app picked up that the store was closest to me for delivery, I am not a Durbanite therefore if the app is not informative I won't know where a store is in proximity.

I have been waiting for my food since confirmed via sms at 13:23 it is now 16:09 since we ordered. 1. The manager wanted to charge us additional fee for delivery not mentioned on the App (which is ********)

2. Kept saying the store is too far to proximity and they don't know where I am.

3. Kept saying they are on the way when they were mot. 4. Refused to refund me. 5. Cold Pizza delivered
