3 hour order

Good day,

I placed an order(***0) at 15:07 on your app and used a new address, mind you the order was already paid for via eft. The order was sent to the old address the branch has and the driver only arrived at the new address at 17:43. I phoned your call center and they said they don't have the number for the Vosloorus branch, the lady put me on hold and said someone from the branch would call me after 15minutes. 15 minutes came and went, no phone call and no delivery. The service is absolutely disgusting, I have to wait for 3 hours for a pizza delivery. Never again will I order from Debonairs or reffer anyone to have anything from you, a person has to die from starvation first before they get food from you.
