3 hour delivery for Pizza... and still waiting

I placed an order on the app at 13.15. Automatically Francois Road Debonairs came up and order was placed and accepted, I was charged for it. At 14.30 an hour and 15 minutes later I called to check on my order and was told its on its way. They call me back to say the driver can't deliver I must meet him at pick n pay. Which I could not do. I advised this and was told Westwood would deliver. It's then 15.00 they now say they have to redo the order at it will be delivered at 15.30. It's now 16.00 and I have still not got the pizzas, called again only to be told the driver has other orders too. I've asked for my money back and they cannot do that. So still we wait... worse service ever.
