2ND COMPLAINT NO RESPONSE STILL WAITING RESPONSE

I HAD ORDER ONLINE ON THE 4TH Dec, however my order arrived and the sticker was black, when I called the manager of the store and queried he states that there is a t&c applies , and we don't qualify for the pizza to be given as we are out of the 5km radius, and if the sticker is black they cant do anything about it.<br> how is this possible, I have read the term and conditions and it mentions that within 5km radius we don't pay for delivery, please clarify this and I would like feedback, I will suggest head office get back to me. <br> Add a new Debonairs Pizza Report Inappropriate report?
