2nd chance worse than the first

We placed and order for delivery at 13:54 and it was delivered at 16:10. The pizza is cold. The delivery guy says that he forgot the receipt at the store.

I want my money back, tried calling the store and the number is disconnected.

Two days ago the same thing happened and I let it slide...not this time.
