2hrs waiting for pizza to be delivered
I ordered a pizza online at 17:05 and got confirmation that my order was received. I only received my pizza at 19:10. I mean how long does it take to prepare deliver a pizza within 3km? The worst part is that no one kept me informed even when you guys have my number. Wrote a complaint on the 26/03/2016, to this day, no body has contacted me. The service received invert appalling to say the least.
