2HOURS WAITING FOR MY ORDER AND BAD ATTITUDE

HI, on Saturday at 8:20PM I called debonairs southgate to place an order, gave them my correct address and they said my order will be delivered in 40-45minutes. After an hour i called again and requested to speak to a manger because my order did not arrive. I spoke to Sharon Ncube who said the driver Gabriel delivered the pizza at the wrong address and they going to make another pizza and send a new driver. At 10:20pm the driver came with the burnt pizza i took pictures of the burnt something meaty triple decor and he came without the slip. I told him that I'm not paying.When I told him I'm not paying he wanted to grab the pizza out of my hand and I gave him the money and asked for his name and his answer to me was \call those people and they will tell you my name\" with great attitude. I called Sharon again and she told me that his name is Gift and she will deal with him and sent my refund the following day as she agreed i was not supposed to pay. I'm still waiting for my refund and gave the pizza to the dog as the meat filling was also burnt. How are we supposed to trust debonairs with such employees. I would like my refund latest today.
