28.08 19.33 order placed 20.53 NO DELIVERY!!!

We called and placed a delivery order for a triple dekker. All details given and promised it would be at our dorr between 40 - 50 min. Over an hour later we call and during a 10min plus call we are told several times that there is no record of the order and the number, name or address given is not on the store's record. We demand to speak to the manager who offers a 20% discount for the foul up. Not Good Enough! I have hungry kids here who were excited to have pizza who's evening has been dashed by debonairs Tokai opp kfc. If it's cold its free, is that not the policy? Now what about more than an hour and a half and no food! Keep your discount and the food, you are an embarrasment and I demand restitution. As I'm ending this at 21.02 there is still no delivery.
