24 hours later

What happened was, I ordered on the app at 19:00pm I waited for about an hour and a half for my delivery, it was not received therfore I called the Westgate Mall branch which I ordered from, I called MULTIPLE TIMES and I'm talking about 8 or 9 times. Eventually I get through to someone and I explain to her that I've been waiting so long for my order and when will it come, she then PROMISES me it will come they just have an high intake, that's understandable because it's month end right. After waiting another hour I call again only to find the branch closed, I decided to leave this situation for the next day. Right, the next day I call in and apparently they can't find the order on the system but the girl I spoke to the previous evening told me that my order is here and they just waiting on a driver, so this is not making sense to me. I took the person I was speaking to number so that I can send her the screenshots of the money going off in my account and my order on the app. Round about 2 hours later she tells me I'll receive my food soon WITHOUT A COMPENSATION! That pushed me over the edge and I asked to speak to the manager, manager gives me some **** about a 10% off my next order and obviously I said I'm not happy with a 10%, that 10% is my delivery charges not long after that she calls me back and says she can give me an extra pizza. The food arrives and it arrives with an extra medium garlic and cheese pizza. Literally after 24 hours I got my COLD FOOD and MEDIUM PIZZA. I would never purchase anything at any debonairs again.
