2 hours waiting to get my online piad for pizza

I ordered a pizza on line on the 13th August 2022 at around 20:21pm, i waited for that pizza for over 1hour and there was no communication to say we are running late with your delivery or anything like that. Instead i had to drive for about a kilometre and half to collect it myself at the store, to my surprise when i arrive there the store manager was dismissive and refused to understand my frustration. When she called the delivery guy he said he is almost at my house and that was an hour and 45min late. I said to her your policy says “if it’s late it’s free”, she said not for the Selcourt store. The end is that I refused to take a cold pizza and she had to prepare a fresh one for me. My wasted time to Debonair Selcourt, my petrol and a sad service is what I was served with. Order number #***9
