2 hours waiting period for nothing

Please kindly assist.. I've ordered pizza triple deck since 19:11pm and now its 21:54pm and my pizza has not been delivered. I called the contact centre then they transfered me to Ga-rankuwa branch and i spoke to Thabiso which is the manager and she assured me my pizza will be delivered for free but nothing came. The driver called asking for directions and i gave him and he sounded very understanding but still haven't showed up. I promised my kids an wife food but it seems like this debonairs want us to sleep hungry. We thought Ga-Rankuwa debonairs will be convenient for us since we left other restaurants but now i regret not ordering my food somewhere else. I regret ordering my food there and even the guys from contact centre cannot give us the direct number for Ga-Rankuwa debonairs.
