2 Hours waiting for my Pizza

<p>I have placed an order at 01:32 PM with immediate payment (Online Payment) where I received an sms stating that my order has been placed. It is now 03:48 PM and I have't received my Pizza. The level of service experienced is unaceptable. </p> <p> </p> <p>I now request a refund of the full transaction made. Forget about the pizza</p>
