2 Hours Wait for R18 delivery

Ordered at the Grassy Park branch on Sunday at 12h30. I called the call center at 13h30 to enquire about the delivery and the agent said she will call back. I called back 2 more times with the same response that she's sorry and they'll call back. Delivery was made at 14h30 without any explanation..Pizza was also squashed with nothing separating the pizza besides the cardboard. Definitely will not be ordering at this branch again.
