2 hours wait for one simple order. No communication

Very disappointed. I ordered my tripple decker pizza 2 hours ago in Khayelitsha mall, im still waiting. No communication nothing, i am the one calling that stupit call centre instead of calling the actual store. Very useless company and people i must say. They used to have a tracking system on their orders, now they have NOTHING. Debonairs pizza is broke maybe
