2 hours wait for a cold terrible pizza

I ordered food from Debonairs Belhar and the order took 2 hours to arrive. When it did, the order was cold and the pizza bread so hard bcz it’s so cold. I logged a complaint which was unattended to via their support and Twitter. I have been watching their Twitter page and hundreds of other users complaining. This outlet is becoming the worst.
