2 Hours to deliver pizza

Hello, Last week Thursday (14 April) I ordered Pizza online from The Debonairs branch at Blue Hills Shopping centre at 17:47. I ordered pizza because my electricity was off and Debonairs at Blue Hills Shopping centre is approximately 3-4 drive from my house so thought the delivery would be quick.<br> <br> At 18:38 I tried calling *** and was told the delivery was on the way, which is what I already knew because I could see from the website it had been dispatched.<br> <br> At 19:10 I tried calling again and was told the Pizza was on the way. I asked if I could come fetch the Pizza myself as I was hungry and knew it only takes me 3-4 minutes to drive there.<br> <br> At 19:19 (1 hour, 32 minutes since ordring) I received a phone call from the delivery guy asking where my house was. I said \my house is literally 2 blocks away from you guys\" I asked if I could collect my Pizza and asked where he was. I had no idea where this guy was, couldn't make out what he was saying over the phone actually. I told him to drive back towards Debonairs and to look out for a white car with hazards on. He found me eventually at 19:51 (That is 2 hours, 4 minutes since I ordered). Is this acceptable ?"
