2 hours to deliver a pizzza

I am really upset from the service i got at debonairs at chrishani mall on the 23rd Dec 2015.<br> My kid was hungry and asked me to order a pizza for her and I decided to call debonairs chrishani as it is the closest to our house, and to be specific they are 3km away from our house. I called them at 19H09 to be specic and order larger meaty tripple deck pizza. I made another follow up call at around 8pm when i realised its taking longer for them to deliver my pizza. I was told that it has been dispatched however they dont know which driver is bringing it and they will call me back as they checking on thier drivers. 15 min passed and they did not call me back. I decided to call them back to find out what is the problem, however i was still not informed what is the delay. i called them again at 8:30 as my kid was now crying as she was hungy, i requested to speak to store manager who told me my pizza was on the way, and she did not even bother to explain why my food was delayed. Only at 9pm the scooter came to bring the pizza. I only took that pizza because my child was hungry, otherwise i would have sent it back. <br> i am very disappointed from the service i got from this ppl.
