2 hours to deliver a pizza!

I placed an order on line and received the acceptance sms at 5.46. After 2 phone calls to find out where my dinner was it finally arrived at 7.36!!! Not only was there no apology but the food was cold with the quality label very black. The service from this store (Eagles Landing Randpark Ridge) is abominable and I will never use them again. I use this store as my other close one is halal and I like my bacon but quite frankly I'll eat macon in future!
