2 hours later and cold food then still expected to pay and rude staff

<p>Ordered 3 pizzas at 19:55 phoned 21:00 and was told pizza was on its way..22:00 and only delivered ice cold and horrible quality....Thsidi the manager was rude when we phoned as the policy is if its cold its free and tells my husband she is to busy now...What a ****** joke!!!!</p>
