2 hours for a pizza!!!
We ordered a pizza at 5:30pm at 7:40pm we are still waiting for our pizza!! Then you dial the number for the store and you get to some stupid call centre instead of the actual store and they can't even give an update on where your pizza Is?! Call centre is a really stupid idea Debonairs! If they had told me that is was going to take almost 2 and a half hours to get my pizza I would have either driven to the store or ordered somewhere else. It takes 30 mins max to make the pizza so someone explain to me where my pizza has been sitting for 2 hours??? Then I'm expected to pay for it when it has been flung around the drivers box for 2 hours???!!! Ridiculous!! I have never in my life had such bad service.
