2 hours for a pizza :/
<p>Honestly I waited an hour for my pizza and when it finally got here I was still nice, the driver was a nice guy so it was okay...when I finally open the box super excited to start eating because I'm so damn hungry it's the wrong pizza! And sure usually I'd just eat the wrong pizza and get over it at least I'm full but it's some ****ty cheese only pizza...so I phone the delivery guy, he picks up the wrong pizza, now has to go back to the store and ****ing get a new one...so I'm sitting here waiting for my God damn pizza ...it's close to 2 hours now...for one freaking pizza AND I still don't have it...This.Is.Ridiculous. I always speak so highly of debonairs and this is what happens ? Not impressed at all. Debonairs gelnfair is by FAR the worst. I think it's time I listen to everyone else and get Romans or something else instead...</p>

I'm very happy with the response I got and the phone call I received, will definitely order from them again and that particular store another chance, they have never let me down aside from this one time. the response was genuine and heartfelt.
