2 hours and the delivery man walks away....

I am really upset having to wait two hours for a delivery. I called Doweglen on *** at 12:36 on the 9.03.2016. Placed an order and I spoke to Thandaza who informed me that they were busy and I asked how long would I have to wait. She estimated an hour and I said it is fine. I was advised that I needed to place an order greater that R50 and I did, my order added up to R70.40. I called at 14:07 and I spoke again to Thandaza and she informed me that she spoke to the driver and he confirmed that he was in my street and that she'd follow up and call me back. 14:25 the delivery guy was still not there and I called back and spoke to Godwell who struggled picking up my details. Thandaza grabbed the phone from him and informed me that he is at my place of work. Now this is more than the hour, nearly 2 hours ... I told her I do not want it and collected my money from the receptionist and informed her that I cant wait any longer. Up and downing, having to leave my desk to check up on my order. Eventually I got a call from 1 of our receptionist who informed me that there was a delivery and said we gave the wrong address. When I went down I informed the delivery man ...he walked away ...
