2 hour delivery time, if you are lucky enough to get your food!

Your service is horrible. I tried ordering pizza, but after phoning 4 times, I downloaded the app and placed my order. After waiting for more than an hour, I phoned the call center, and the gentleman said the order will be here within the next 5 minutes. Another 20 minutes passes and still nothing, so I phone again. This time a rude operator informs me that the delivery time is 90 minutes, and I would have known this had I phoned them rather than using the app. I ask to speak to a manager, but the manager is not available. Another 20 minutes pass. I phone again, still no food, still no manager. It is now 2 hours since I have placed my order, and I'm going to cancel it now. This is pathetic.
