2 1/2 hours to deliver less than 2km away
Order placed online at 13h06.... after more than 7 calls order arrives at 15h27! I called 5 times to the Grosvenor branch to speak to the manager and each time put to voicemail. Called the 6th time and got Shumba's number he promised to call me back and after 45min he still didnt call back we had to call yet AGAIN! I am totally DISGUSTED with their lack of interest in sorting this problem out. there should be a -5 star rating they don't even deserve 1 star!
