1hr wait at the store

Placed an order at the store to eat-in at 5:55, it came at 6:26. Nothing special,just a standard Sweet and Sour pizza and a real deal 4 seasons. I was with 3 children,all of us famished,they'd wanted to go to McDonalds but Debonairs was closer to where we shopped and I was hoping for a quick in and out. Guess what? 30 min later the order is not even right. The kitchen had put Mexican sauce all over my children's Sweet and sour Pizza and it was too chili for them to eat. When I took it back,leaving my famished children at the table, I was told it would be replaced within 10 min. I had to share my pizza with them as the replacement was only ready at 6:52. Ours was no no special case by the way, all other customers had to endure the same long wait. The staff at the till I must point out were very efficient. At the kitchen everyone seemed to be overwhelmed with orders,the manageress no bothered. Hygiene was a concern for too. As I sat with my hungry children, I felt sorry for customers who were walking in with their children, felt like telling them not to torture their children and rather go next door.
