1hour45 min for a pizza delivery to be made!!!!!!! 3

I ordered pizza online at 16h26 and after an hour of waiting, I called the shop and was told that the driver will be at my places promptly. After a further 30 minutes of waiting I was then referred to the manager who told me how they have an issue with their drivers and promised me a 15% discount on my next order which I refused. The driver arrived at 18h08 at my unit. The debonairs promise is that if the dot is black, then the pizza should be free. I live less than 2km from the mall but it took close to 2hours for me to receive my order. I'm genuinely disappointed by the way this order was handled and I will not be ordering from the mall again. I will not advise anybody to order from them either because 15% is truly an insult to me. Been very loyal to this brand but I'm purely done as of today
