100% disappointed

So I ordered 2 pizzas that amounts to R370 around 18:55 and spoke to a lady called Carol in Wonderpark mall . The lady tells me the order will take 1hr. Yoh I waited and waited then called and the line says "sorry we are unable to take your call" and they deliver at 21:10 imagen I have 2kids who were literally waiting for pizza and 1 finally slept and the s****** hoots at my gate at 21:10 when I orderd long time ago. Nobody bothered to call me and tell me that it is running late no . To think that my mom told me that she never had debonairs and I bragged about it taking her that today she will get to taste it and this happens really now debonairs I am super disappointed I dont even know what to say. Highly highly disappointed.
