We ordered pizzas online at 18:24,when I phoned at 19:20 they told me the pizzas have not yet been dispatched and that they're extremely busy,which I can understand,the problem I have is that when I placed the order I should've been informed about this problem,that way I could've either cancelled the order or made peace with waiting,now at 19:30 I'm forced to order from Dominos'. i'll just order from them the first time from now on
