1 Hour and 40 Minutes for a 4 pizza order!!! :(

I have always had a great experience with the Debonairs Watercrest branch, but tonight was my worst experience ever.

I ordered online under order number 229 on 30/03/2019 at 18:18pm a small order compared to our bigger orders.

After a long wait of 1 hour I contacted the Watercrest branch at 19:19pm to get an update of my order, the lady answered my call and advised me that the driver has left with my order 10min ago, and is on a delivery run with 4 other orders in my area.

To my surprise another 40min passed which was 19:59pm, the driver arrived with my order. When I asked the driver why my delivery took so long he advised my order was the first one of his delivery run and he just left the shop for the deliveries.

Now I am not sure if my order was never made or if my order was made and was forgotten to be delivered and they had to remake my order, but what ever the reason is for my long wait there was no need to lie to my and make me wait longer.

I am not an unreasonable person and I understand circumstances, the lady could easily advised me what the truth was why I had to wait 1h40m for my pizza order.

I am not happy with the service I received.
