02hours later I still get the wrong order, very disappointed

Blue hills shopping center has the worst services ever I ordered a pizza at 17:00, at 18:00 I call to check on my order as it is only supposed to take only 45minutes. They tell me it has left the shop, within 2minutes I open for the guy at the gate, I stay right next to the gate but it took him 20minutes to find the unit number, when he gets here I asked him why doesn't he call me for directions or ask security for directions, he says security gave him wrong directions,which never happened before and he doesn't have airtime. I pay for my order only to find out he's got something else. I call the store and they are just full of excuses. If you are a female and you've been pregnant and hungry before you will understand how frustrated I am by this poor service and a lame apology from a manager.
