Very very poor delivery service

They have poor delivery service. I waited for my pizza for 3 hours until my battery died because there was no electricity. Two days later I asked them to deliver it again and cos there was still no electricity and when they came the delivery driver came after 2 hours he had someone else's pizza not mine. Meaning my kids slept hungry for 2 days while waiting for Debonairs to deliver food until they didnt come anymore. What kind of business is this that does not care about its customers?? When the store is full they their dough does not cook well, I have had several complaints sent to them regarding their service and it just gets worse
