**Very disappointing experience at Debonairs Pizza – Rustenburg Magalies View**

I went to Debonairs Pizza at Magalies View, Rustenburg today to buy a pizza. I placed my order and sat down to wait. I ended up waiting for **more than 30 minutes**.

During this time, I watched other customers come in, place their orders, receive their pizzas, and leave, while I was still waiting. My order number was **130**, yet by the time I went to the counter to ask what was happening, they were already calling orders around **140**.

I was shocked to find that my order had apparently not even been prepared yet. I could not understand why orders made after mine were being prepared and served before me. It left me wondering whether my order had simply been overlooked or given lower priority.

Eventually, I had no choice but to ask for a refund because I could not continue waiting another 30 minutes for an order that had apparently not even been started.

What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the lady assisting me. She seemed completely unbothered by the situation, as though my time and money did not matter. I was only buying a small pizza for a child, but that does not mean I should receive poor service or be treated as though my order is unimportant.

I ended up leaving and buying food elsewhere, where customers were treated equally and with respect.

**Very disappointing service. Debonairs needs to look into how orders are being handled at this branch and, more importantly, how customers are being treated.**
