DEBONAIRS PIZZA MAGALIES VIEW RUSTENBURG, COMMUNICATION AND COLD FOOD

Good Day I placed an order on 25 October 2025 at 13:19, my order number was #***. My order was supposed to have arrived at 13:51.

I waited for about 20-30 minutes for my order past their stated delivery time on my order ticket, I called the restaurant and I was told that the driver had a problem with his bike and he would arrive shortly, in 15-20 minutes.

The estimated 20-30 minutes passed and I received a call from the same store but from a different person telling me that the driver had just left the restaurant and he’s coming to me. I waited for the driver for about 10 minutes.

The driver eventually arrived. I was willing to just let it slide since my food is here. To my surprise the food was cold, i did tell the driver the my food is cold and he ignored me twice. The driver then started telling me about how he is the only driver at the restaurant and that i must understand, but it is not my fault that he’s the only driver, I am a client not a colleague or friend.

If they had informed me that the bike is broken or has challenges I would understand but , no communication was made until I called the store.

Debonairs Pizza at Magalies View Rustenburg must take us serious. We are clients their clients. I live 3 minutes away from the restaurant that is why I don’t understand why the food is cold.

You can do better guys please.
