WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Had the worst experience ever. I placed an order online to collect at Debonairs Maponya Mall. I called to check on it and they said it should take about 20 minutes, went there and waiting over 45 minutes, even now(16:46) I'm still waiting, placed the order at 15:56. Everyone is just going about their business as if there's no customer waiting for an order. I keep asking where my food is and I'm being told to just wait as if I have the whole ****en day there.
