Worst service from Debonairs maponya mall and their driver Hassima
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I made an online order at Debonairs maponya mall @ 13:00 . The delivery guy by the name hassima was assigned to bring my order . On the app he indicated that he delivered my app but he actually didn’t . I called the branch 6 times trying to understand what was going on and I was given the run around , even the manager didn’t bother to make a follow up with this order . When I spoke to one of the guys at the branch I got a WhatsApp from the delivery guy asking me to send him the address which didn’t make sense cause he claimed that he delivered the food . I had a back and forth with the guy to a point that I had to show him what he did was ********* and *****ulent. He didn’t show any sign of professionalism or sincerity. The pride in his bravado told me that this is something he is used to doing . Something urgent needs to be done about this or I won’t stop until something is done . This was the worst experience I’ve ever come across and I’d wish Debonairs would find South African drivers who would actually do their job to their out most best , instead of hiring foreigners who was so prideful, unprofessional and lack communication skills .

Order #***, placed at 19:51. If the app tracks drivers, the lack of visibility is a serious issue.

The service is zero nje. They dnt care abt the customers orders nje
Its not the first time I ordered something and what I got it's not what i ordered. The next day will go and tell them WHat happened and the reply will be sorry. Today I ordered the new cramp crush something with 1,5l coke and when I get home got a surprise again which was a triple deck instead of new cramp crust something and I promised my son cz he really wanted to try it. Am not okay honestly cz this is not on 😡

I want my money back
Order a triple decker pizza today 27 February 2026 at 15:41 on the uber eats app( debonairs maponya mall) And I sent a special instruction on how to prepare the pizza as I have some allergies,They sent me their regular triple decker something meaty and I also asked for stoney and they sent coke When I sent a complaint on the uber eats app they instructed me to call the store but when I called the store they told me they can't assist and I should deal with uber eats I am so angry cz now I'm sitting here with a pizza that I don't eat and a coke that I don't even drink

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, pizza tasteless, poorly prepared, cold and dry. Wasted my money, the kota at the shack down the road would've been better. After waiting for more than 1 hour 3o minutes, I regret even thinking about it. Is this because it services black people by black staff members that they show no care. Respect the customer, the brand, your job and that will take us far as a black nation. Giving Soweto a bad name and when we buy from the white suburbs you complaining that we taking money away from kasi. Shape up before it's too late
