Disgusting service and rudeness

I am applauded service at Debonairs Maponya Mall disgusting. Team manager Thembani or what ever her name is and Nkateko the cashier rude to the core. The single bas is finished, they fail to explain properly and come with a solution and explain that there is a R50 meal which they assume I should know really!!!!!! I’m so angry I walked away clearly they don’t want to service us so decided to get my kids mc Donald. Next time you hire people make sure they know why they are at work. The manager failed to reprimand even when I explain that she need to butt in as her agent was fumbling and she sees nothing wrong.
