Bad service and poor service need more training as will ad the Mangers

I did place an order on the debonairs app then they told me the don't can't deliver to were I stay then aks for the refund they told about the 14 day refund process then I call the customer care line to long a case about thet I was given a case number and everything I did call the shop to a for the Manger I was never help 😣 at all then i I keep on call they drop the call still waiting for the Manger I call again at the customer care but still no help the customer service is very bad and poor
