DC shoes Not received

We placed an online order from dc-shoessouthafrica.co.za on 07/11/2024

We received an confirmation email and a tracking number.

On the 01/12/2024 the tracking information showed the package was delivered. But we have not received our package.

There is no contact information on their website and they do not respond to online tickets.
